Edit: Im Wikipedia Artikel steht auch, wie man das ganze manuell entschlüsselt,
allerdings dürfte das eine Weile dauern (mit Papier und Stift) ,
deshalb solltest du dir ein entsprechendes Programm raussuchen.

Das ist vermutlich Computersprache(noch eine Verschlüsselung) weswegen du dir ein Programm suchen solltest, das die Zahlen direkt in Buchstaben/Zahlen übersetzt.
Computer rechnen ja mit nullen und einsen, es kann auch sein dass du was falsch eingestellt hast(beim verschlüsseln).

Vermutlich macht sich hier keiner so eine Arbeit.
Kannst dir vielleicht ja mal eine Binärcode Zeichentabelle( 1=1; 0=0;10=2;11=3 etc) runterladen/anschauen und dann manuell übersetzen, ich vermute aber dass das
1. eine ziemlche Arbeit wird
2. noch ziemlich viel unwichtige Computerbefehle sind, nur ein ganz kleiner Teil ist die Nachricht
3.Du von deinem Freund nen Keks verlangen kannst, wenn du das schaffst ( :-D )
4. Er dir den ersten Buchstaben/Zahl der Nachricht nennen soll, um
5. sicherzugehen, dass er die Antwort selbst nicht weiß.
