To fix Canon Printer Offline, restart your printer and launch Run. Click Device and Printers in the control panel. If a green checkmark appears, right-click on the icon and choose to See what's printing. Alternatively, if your printer is gray, right-click on it and pick Set as Default Printer. Finally, press the printer and uncheck the two boxes next to Use Canon Printer Offline or Pause Printing if you see them.
