Es heißt ja:
If you are using other skins chances are you already have some idea how to install them but Basically all you need to do is, usind Notepad ++, open the pak01_dir in the Left4dead folder. Then add a "1" to the end of the color and head files for all characters.
Find these lines, then add a 1 to the end as shown below:

jedoch gibts von allen 2 zeilen, also 2 mal

ich habs schon versucht nur die erste der beiden zu ändern und auch alle, ging beides net.
hab mir jetzt Notepad++ geladen und versuchs mal damit
